The programme received great reviews and was pick of the day in both the Guardian and Radio Times. Here are a selection of viewers comments which were posted on the BBC website:

'Spot on Cloudspotting. Television at its best: informative and entertaining, with an enthusiast happily sharing his passion'.
John Brelstaff, Guisborough, Cleveland

'What a treat to find while flicking through the channels on Sunday evening. Like Gavin, I have always been fascinated by clouds and especially meteorology. This programme was amazing - very well produced. After I have emailed you, I am going to join the cloud appreciation society that Gavin set up, then I'm off to cloud spot. Perfect!'
Jan Fox, Breamore, Hampshire

'What a thoroughly excellent programme this was - beautifully put together, with well-chosen music, and just the right blend of facts, humour and stunning photography to marvel at. I can't remember the last time I watched TV for 90 minutes so avidly - well done indeed.'
Louise Warren, Stockbridge, Hampshire

RAILWAY WALKS BBC2

Philiy worked as a researcher on some of this series and as a member of the production crew during 2008.

Here are some of the viewers comments as posted on the BBC website:

'I have just watched the final episode of Railways Walks. Such an enjoyable series. It has been the highlight of the last six weeks. As in Wainwright Walks, Julia Bradbury has again been an excellent guide. There must be many more railway walks in Britain. Please can we have another series'?
Peter Rogers, Dereham, Norfolk

'Excellent. What the BBC is good at. Keep it up'.
Stephen Robinson, Leicestershire

THE BUTTERFLY

Philiy took part in PVA MediaLab in September 2006. The short film had to be made in a day and edited in a day. You can see the film at this link:

CASTAWAY 2000

Philiy was one of the participants of the series. She also filmed content for some of the programmes and was asked by the BBC to create the title sequence for the children's programme. As the whole project was about creating a community, Philiy felt that a sequence shot like a home movie would suit the kids programme. She used super 8 footage that she filmed with the children around the island.

Philiy also shot stills for the BBC publicity department whilst she was on the island. She was given a series of briefs which she fulfilled and then sent the film back to the mainland via boat or helicopter.
